Curriculum

Our Curriculum

Riverview Infant School use the National Curriculum to plan their work for the children. Details of the excellent learning within the curriculum, that takes place at Riverview Infant School, can be found on our Learning Journeys and Termly Curriculum Maps, which can be found below for Years R to 2.

These documents highlight what the children will be learning in each subject, each term. Expectations of learning, knowledge and understanding are made clear in each document.

In addition to our curriculum offer, Riverview Infant School is proud to provide an extensive list of enrichment activities which can be found in the ‘Upcoming Events’ tab within this website.

Our common purpose is to ensure that ALL children reach their full academic and personal potential irrespective of gender, race, disability or background. Our well thought through, progressive and sequential curriculum allows us to achieve this.
